The Domestic Music team oversees A&R, marketing, content development, and social strategy, with the goal of expanding awareness, engagement, and fandom around our Arabic catalogue and frontline releases across the Middle East.
As part of this team, you will be responsible for driving social media content, campaigns, and digital storytelling around our artists and songs. You will create and manage compelling content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and X (formerly Twitter), ensuring our releases break through and connect with audiences across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon. In addition to core responsibilities you will have and nurture fantastic relationships with key regional and local mainstream, digital and niche music media editors and journalists. You will be the labels 'go to' for all press, media and publicity activities, maximizing visiting artist performances with regional media, and working with growing Gen-Z cultural commentators / bloggers across different platforms to reach new consumers as the communications landscape becomes increasingly disrupted by new media.
