Job Description

Role Summary



We are looking for a creative Social Media & Photographer Specialist to document our projects on site and turn them into professional visual content. The role combines site photography, videography, content creation, design and social media management for a company working in maintenance, facilities management and information technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Content Creation & Photography



Visit project sites (buildings, facilities, IT/IoT installations, before-after jobs) to capture high-quality photos and short videos.

Plan and execute photo / video shoots in coordination with the operations and FM teams.

Ensure all images and videos reflect HSE rules, client privacy and branding guidelines.

Create before & after visuals to showcase maintenance and fit-out work, IAQ & IoT installations, and completed projects.

Social Media Management



Develop a monthly content plan for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.

Propose post concepts (project highlights, case studies, tips, behind-the-scenes, team stories, ESG & sustainability content).

Write clear, professional captions in English (and Arabic if possible), including hashtags and tags.

Schedule and publish posts, monitor performance, and report basic KPIs (reach, engagement, followers).

Design & Editing



Edit photos and videos (color correction, cropping, transitions, subtitles, etc.) for use on social media and presentations.

Design banners, post templates, reels covers and simple infographics related to maintenance, FM and IT solutions.

Ensure all designs comply with the company brand identity (logo, colors, fonts).

Coordination & Administration



Coordinate with the maintenance, FM and IT teams to understand each project and get accurate technical information.

Maintain an organized media library (photos, videos, project folders) for easy future use.

Support in preparing marketing materials (brochures, PPT slides, basic website visuals) when needed.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience as a photographer / videographer / social media content creator.

Good knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).

Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, CapCut, Canva, etc.).

Ability to visit sites (indoor & outdoor) and work with operational teams.

Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail and composition.

Good English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.

Organized, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
