Job Summary: Looking for a Social Media Operator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Manage and maintain various social media accounts
• Come up with social media content plans that are consistent with the company\'s brand identity
• Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement as well as promoting social media campaigns
• Handle a high volume of daily social media posts
• Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
• Develop and manage social influencer programs and attending social influencer events
• Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company\'s social media presence and performance
• Monitor social media channels for customer comments, messages as well as mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
• Make suggestions to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to ensure the company\'s social media presence remains innovative and competitive

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a minimum of 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting
• Must have a good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience using various analytics software is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Must be a good time manager
