Social Media Executive
with a passion for storytelling through
organic video content
.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, film, and post engaging
video-first content
for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Develop and manage
UGC (User-Generated Content)
and
EGC (Employee-Generated Content)
strategies
Capture behind-the-scenes, workshop, product install, and client content
Be both behind and in front of the camera when needed
Edit and optimize content using mobile tools (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Canva)
Monitor content performance and audience engagement
Stay up to date on trending formats, audio, and short-form strategies
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation preferred - f
reshers with strong creativity and passion are also welcome to apply

Strong focus on
organic video storytelling
(Reels, TikToks, UGC-style)
Confident on camera and comfortable shooting in fast-paced environments
Skilled in short-form video editing using mobile apps
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
Excellent spoken and written English
Preferred:
Ability to generate ideas independently and take initiative
