Job Description

As a social media executive, you will work collaboratively with our management/sales and marketing team. You will also manage our social media presence, create and execute strategies and engage with our audience to increase brand awareness. You should be able to lead and manage our digital campaigns to nurture our brand's online visibility -- from ideation to final execution and analysis.

The responsibilities of a Social Media Marketing Executive include:



Ensuring the social media channels in use have regular, high quality and creative content output Managing queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences, known as community management. The leads to be forwarded to the BD Team. Scheduling and deliver messages through an up-to-date content calendar Working with the wider marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on marketing campaigns and activity Shooting/Editing & Uploading Videos & Photos on daily basis on the social media handles. Analyzing and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations Creating strong written posts that have excellent grammar and spelling that grab the attention of the audience Engaging with other colleagues & clients to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve the business aims Staying up to date with all developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced Branding and guidelines, to ensure brand consistency Monitor the organisation's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc. Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand and drive engagement. Report and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance metrics. Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences. Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Objectives of this role



Work closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms. Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives. Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn. Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.

Required skills and qualifications



Experience of at least three (3) years in digital marketing, content writing, and social media management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen. Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn). Familiarity with customer service and customer relations. Strong attention to detail with time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
