Job Description

UNOO is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

This role focuses on content execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

The ideal candidate has experience managing business social media accounts and understands how content, consistency, and engagement contribute to commercial results.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Content Management

Plan, create, and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Execute posts, stories, and short-form videos according to the content calendar Ensure content meets platform specifications (format, size, captions, hashtags) Support live selling promotions and campaign announcements

Community Management & Engagement

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner Maintain a professional and brand-aligned tone in all interactions Engage with audiences to encourage conversations and interactions

Platform Management

Manage content posting and engagement across: Facebook (pages and groups) Instagram (posts, reels, stories) TikTok (short-form video content) Stay updated on platform updates and best practices

QualificationsRequired

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content formats Basic understanding of social media performance metrics Strong written communication skills Ability to follow content schedules and internal guidelines

Preferred

Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands Experience supporting promotional or sales-driven content Basic photo or video editing skills

Work Schedule & Expectations

Daily posting and engagement are required Timely response to customer messages and comments Weekend insights monitoring may be required, depending on campaigns

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
