LANDEXXO is a fast-growing off-plan real estate company based in Dubai and are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

KEY RESPNSIBILITIES

Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads - Facebook & Instagram) Create engaging real estate content including reels, videos, posters, stories, and ads Regular posting and management of social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts Generate high-quality investor leads from global markets Support the sales team through effective social media strategies Design creative visuals and write compelling captions Handle inquiries, comments, DMs, and lead messages Track campaign performance and prepare weekly & monthly reports Stay updated with real estate trends and social media best practices Requirements Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in real estate Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Skills in content creation (reels, short videos, posters), Basic design and video editing skills Understanding of lead generation and performance metrics Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to work closely with sales teams Experience in Dubai real estate marketing is a strong advantage
