We are now looking for a

Social Media Manager & Content Creator

who will strengthen Symmetry's brand presence in the UAE and help drive measurable business growth through creative and data-driven digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a

comprehensive content strategy

aligned with marketing goals and clinic objectives. Create high-quality

video, visual, and written content

for Instagram and other social platforms. Track and analyze

performance metrics

(leads, conversion rates, engagement) to improve ROI and content efficiency. Strengthen

brand positioning

of Symmetry in the Dubai premium healthcare and wellness market. Build and maintain a

content calendar

based on data insights and proven audience engagement trends. Conduct

social media audits

to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to produce authentic, informative, and brand-aligned content. Manage influencer collaborations and ensure brand consistency across all communications. Monitor trends in healthcare, wellness, and luxury lifestyle to keep content relevant and engaging. Plan and coordinate

photo/video shoots

at the clinic (patient stories, doctor interviews, behind-the-scenes, etc.).

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the

UAE digital and social media landscape

. Experience in

content creation, brand storytelling, and performance marketing

. Proven ability to create and manage content for

premium/luxury audiences

. Experience with

analytics tools

(Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) and using data to drive creative decisions. Excellent sense of visual aesthetics and understanding of tone suitable for premium healthcare. Background or interest in

medical, wellness, or lifestyle industries

is a plus. Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage). Proactive, analytical mindset with attention to detail and creativity.
