About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Marketing Specialist

with a strong design background to manage our online presence across all social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, designing visuals and videos, interacting with our audience, and running effective paid ad campaigns to grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Design high-quality visuals and marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase reach and conversions. Manage social media chats, comments, and direct messages to ensure timely and professional responses. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on engagement and growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all channels. Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

social media management

and

digital marketing

. Strong

graphic design

and

video editing

skills. Proficiency in tools like

Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance. Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with influencers or brand collaborations. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
