Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
to manage our company's social media presence and advertising campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more -- helping us attract new clients and strengthen our brand.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging Arabic content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager to generate leads in Dubai.
Prepare monthly performance reports showing engagement, reach, and conversions.
Research market trends and competitor activities to enhance our marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create project highlights and promotional visuals.
Respond to client inquiries and comments professionally on social platforms.
Requirements
Arabic speaker only
Must be currently
based in Dubai
with
previous work experience in the UAE
.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, and online lead generation.
Knowledge of tools such as
Canva
,
CapCut
, or
Adobe Photoshop
.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
