Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and creative

Social Media Marketing Specialist

to manage and grow our online presence across various social platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate engagement with our target audience.

You'll work closely with content creators, designers, and the broader marketing team to ensure a consistent and effective brand message.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy Development:

Create and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Content Creation & Curation:


Develop engaging, platform-specific content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) that aligns with the brand voice.

Campaign Management:


Plan, launch, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X (Twitter).Monitor comments, messages, and tags to respond to followers in a timely and professional manner.Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to adjust strategy as needed.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) and external vendors or influencers to execute campaigns.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing. Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Strong copywriting and editing skills. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar). Knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

Preferred Skills:



Experience with influencer partnerships or UGC (user-generated content). Understanding of SEO as it relates to social content. Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing is a bonus. Ability to manage multiple accounts or brands simultaneously.
