Marketing Specialist

to join our team and help us elevate our brand and reach in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for digital and offline campaigns Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create engaging content for listings, promotions, and brand storytelling Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, brochures, and digital ads Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize accordingly Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to align marketing with business goals Organize and promote open houses, property launches, and community events Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar industry Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Creative mindset with a results-driven approach UAE real estate experience is a plus
