Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Track analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Stay current with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Collaborate with design and content teams for creative campaigns
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
