Social Media Marketing Specialist
Job Description
- Responsible for Formulating Marketing Strategy in line. -Develops and implements short-term social media lead generation campaigns -Aimed at driving leads for company -Ensuring maximum lead generation at lowest cost per lead. -Continuously monitor and update our company profile on all social media platforms. -Monitor communicate and nurture social communities daily . -Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities for our brands -Oversees the overall design of social media platforms. - Post highly engaging , on brand content daily to each of our social media. -Platforms including facebook, instagram , You Tube, Tiktok, Twitter, Linkedln, Snapchat etc. -Remain on top of real estate trending topics to incorporate into social media post and campaigns. -Working with CRM to create regular email campaigns with a focus on listings as lifestyle content. -Creating landing pages . -Email marketing, Social media platforms marketing . -Managing marketing budget .
