We are looking for a social media marketing expert who can also create engaging video content
We're a real estate company looking for one talented person who can take full ownership of our social media presence and also assist in content creation for our agents and brand.
Your Main Role - Social Media Marketing:
? Develop and manage our social media strategy
? Grow followers, boost engagement, and build our online presence
? Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube
? Run paid campaigns, boosts, and track performance
? Research and apply current trends and strategies
? Build personal branding plans for agents
Content Creation Support (Secondary Role):
Shoot and edit short videos, reels, and stories
Assist agents with filming, angles, and voiceover ideas
Ensure videos are professional, engaging, and on-brand
Use tools like CapCut, InShot, or iPhone editing features
Requirements:
Must have strong experience in social media marketing (1+ year preferred)
Must have your own iPhone 15 or newer
Experience with video content creation and editing
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and their algorithms
Real estate experience is a big advantage
Fluent in English with good communication skills
