Job Title:

Social Media Marketing Executive - Tadbeer Center

Job Purpose:

To manage and enhance the Tadbeer center's online presence through effective social media strategies, ensuring brand awareness, customer engagement, and promotion of services in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create engaging, informative, and culturally appropriate content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and infographics) to promote Tadbeer services. Manage daily posting schedules, respond to inquiries, and monitor engagement. Run paid advertising campaigns to increase leads and reach target audiences. Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools. Ensure all content aligns with UAE labor laws and Tadbeer branding guidelines. Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to promote current offers, packages, and updates. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and competitor activities in the domestic worker recruitment industry. Support in creating marketing materials (flyers, digital ads, and videos) for online and offline use. Handle online reputation management, including responding to reviews and feedback professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in recruitment, manpower services, or service-related industries. Strong knowledge of UAE market trends and cultural sensitivities. Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/other languages is an advantage). Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
