We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our creative team at The Hype, a leading marketing and media agency based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and results-driven, with strong expertise in digital campaigns and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Manage SEO strategies to increase brand visibility and organic growth.

Handle account management and publishing across all major platforms.

Run all types of digital marketing campaigns (Conversions, Messages, Performance Max, etc.).

Track and analyze Pixel events & sales conversions to optimize campaign performance.

Work closely with designers and content writers to deliver creative, engaging campaigns.

Manage clients professionally, taking immediate action when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the UAE market (mandatory).

Strong expertise in Pixel event tracking & conversion campaigns (deal-breaker).

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).

Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas.

Highly organized, smart, and detail-oriented.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
