Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, insights, and opportunities in the industry and adjust campaigns and messaging accordingly.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Procure, brief and manage social media influencers.
Use SEO analysis tools and software to track customer satisfaction, engagement, and ROI, suggesting appropriate optimization.
Identify areas for improvement in our SEO strategies and implement/make recommendations for optimization.
Google Ads Managing/Optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing, preferably for construction and real estate company.
Strong working knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
Native Arabic Speaking Females having good Education, Skills and Experience in same/related field preferred.
Graphic design skills working on images, illustrations, etc\xe2\x80\xa6, using Adobe applications.
