Abu Dhabi-based general contracting company

specializing in

residential villa projects and light commercial construction and fit-out

. We are seeking a confident and proactive

Social Media & Marketing Rep

preferably with background in Design, Architecture or Engineering to support our growing client base and help expand our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact with new and existing clients by phone, email, and messaging platforms Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate new leads and project opportunities Maintain relationships with current clients and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction Develop, update, and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media posts) Visit construction sites throughout the process for photos and video content Create in digital campaigns and sending greetings or automated marketing messages Track and manage client interactions and inquiries using CRM tools Provide input on marketing strategy and brand positioning

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing--preferably in the construction or real estate sector Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing situations Strong organizational and follow-up skills Candidates fluent in both Arabic and English are highly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and CRM systems is a plus UAE driver's license is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
