Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Create and manage content across social media platforms -Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube etc.
Develop and execute paid ad campaigns -Meta, Google Ads, etc.
Generate leads and analyze campaign performance
Create promotional videos and graphics for digital campaigns
Plan and manage content calendars
Monitor and grow audience engagement across all platforms
Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing strategy
IT Support & Network Management:
Manage and maintain Avaya phone systems
Basic server and network maintenance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Assist with IT setup for new employees
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar dual role .
Experience in Avaya systems, basic server, and network management
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, capcut or similar
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
Good communication skills in English
Ability to multitask, creative mind and prioritize efficiently
