Social Media Marketing Executive
to manage our digital presence, generate leads, and boost brand visibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the real estate industry
Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn (reels, posts, carousels, stories)
Design marketing campaigns for off-plan and ready properties
Collaborate with agents to promote listings and generate quality leads
Run targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram to drive inquiries
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement
Stay updated on real estate and social media trends to maintain a competitive edge
Respond to DMs, comments, and WhatsApp leads in coordination with the sales team
Manage content calendars and post scheduling tools
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in the real estate sector
Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro)
Ability to write compelling captions and CTAs tailored to the real estate audience
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and lead generation tactics
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creativity, attention to detail, and consistency
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dubai or GCC real estate markets
Familiarity with CRM tools like Property Finder, Bayut, or Dubizzle backends
Basic knowledge of SEO and website/blog content strategy
