We are looking for a

female Arabic-speaking Digital Marketing & Patient Acquisition Specialist

to join our clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in

SEO, social media marketing, and online lead generation

, with a strong understanding of how to attract new patients for

dental and beauty services

.

She will be responsible for managing our

online presence

, creating engaging content, and developing strategies that convert followers into appointments and sales.

Qualifications & Skills

Female,

Arabic-speaking

(fluent in Arabic and English). Based in

Dubai or willing to relocate

. At least

2 years of experience

in digital marketing, preferably in a

clinic, beauty center, or healthcare field

. Strong understanding of

SEO, social media algorithms, and paid ad campaigns

. Proficient in

Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads

. Creative mindset with a sense of design, trends, and marketing psychology. Excellent communication and

sales-oriented attitude

.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Growth

Develop and execute

marketing campaigns

to promote dental and beauty services. Plan and manage

social media content calendars

(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google). Increase

follower engagement

and convert leads into patient inquiries/bookings. Monitor

daily messages and comments

on social media and respond professionally.
SEO & Digital Advertising

Improve the clinic's

Google visibility

through SEO (keywords, backlinks, and website optimization). Manage

Google My Business profile

and encourage online reviews. Plan and track

paid advertising

(Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Content Creation

Write

captions, ad copies, and blog posts

that align with clinic branding. Coordinate with photographers/videographers for

photo and video shoots

. Create simple

Canva-based visuals or Reels

showcasing treatments, offers, and testimonials.
Sales & Lead Conversion

Develop strategies to

convert inquiries into appointments

. Track marketing performance and provide

weekly reports

(leads, engagement, ROI). Collaborate with the reception team to ensure

smooth booking and follow-up

with leads.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
