We are a growing team in the real estate and marketing industry, seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, enhance brand awareness, and produce engaging digital content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Develop high-quality photo, video, and written content aligned with the brand image and marketing goals.
Edit short-form and long-form videos for ads, reels, and property showcases using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to refine content strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and promotions.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing. Real Estate experience is a plus.
Proficiency in visual editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Strong creativity, communication, and time management skills.
Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
