We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at Startexhub Businessman Services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage with our community, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Craft and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms. Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns. Budget Management: Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:

Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices. Content Creation Skills: Ability to create compelling and engaging content, including text, images, and videos. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to optimize campaigns.
