Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Create compelling visual content, including videos, graphics, and posts using Adobe tools.
Manage and maintain the company\'s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Handle client inquiries and communication through social media platforms, providing excellent customer service and support.
Assist in sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Prepare and manage documentation such as quotations and invoices for sales transactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles (freshers with relevant coursework are welcome).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, for content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sales processes and experience in handling client interactions is advantageous.
