About the job

1. Plan, produce and create a program of digital content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences.
2. Lead day to day social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Snapchat and other platforms needed and be up to date with the trends.
3. Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content, and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
4. Create graphics, and update company profile and company communication
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, Fb, and Instagram to analyze, feedback, and use the data to inform future activities.

6. Priorities and schedules work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
7. Creates attractive content that promotes audience interaction & increases audience participation.

8. Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, and implementation schedules & evaluates its success by providing the report.
9. Schedule a story post on the social media account & link to other accounts and report progress by providing audience/follower responses & reactions according to the set objectives.
10. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or related fields.
Experience in designing program.
Experience in Microsoft office.
Fluent in English and French
