Social Media Marketing Specialist About Company: Our client is a rapidly growing, newly established company in the Real Estate industry. They are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join the team and drive online presence and digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies, aligning with the company\'s goals and objectives.
Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and articles to promote our brand and services across various social media platforms.
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and implement media targeting ads to reach potential clients and increase brand visibility in the real estate market.
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, as well as industry news and competitor activities, in order to inform strategies and tactics.
Foster a positive online community by engaging with customers, responding to comments, and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Report on the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Russian language
Bachelor\'s degree
2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and media targeting.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media marketing campaigns, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Strong copywriting, content creation, and graphic design skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
