Social Media Marketing Executive works closely with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns. This position requires a high level of creativity and strategic thinking. The Social Media Marketing Executive must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. This position also requires excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Duties & Responsibilities:
Creating and managing accounts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
Creating digital content such as blog posts, social media posts, emails, and other digital marketing materials.
Must be aware of analytics to determine which marketing strategies are most effective and which content is most engaging.
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing plans across multiple channels including, but not limited to, email, social media, web, and paid advertising.
Work with team members to create engaging and on-brand content for use in digital marketing campaigns.
Help manage and grow social media accounts by creating and/or curating relevant and shareable content, participating in online conversations, and monitoring metrics.
Use analytical tools to measure performance of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Monitoring industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for new products or services.
Coordinating with designers and other team members to develop new digital tools and features.
Analyzing data to determine marketing effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date on latest trends and be able to effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in managing website content including copywriting, editing, and publishing blog posts and other static pages.
Help create and maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists.
Support lead generation initiatives through targeted research and outreach.
Provide administrative support as needed including scheduling meeting, taking notes, and preparing presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
1-2 years professional experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
