Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, etc.)
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and ROI
Monitor trends, social conversations, and competitor activity
Manage social media calendars and coordinate with marketing, design, and sales teams
Run paid advertising campaigns and manage budgets (optional)
Engage with the community: respond to comments, messages, and tags
Track KPIs and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports
Qualifications:
English and Arabic speaker
Proven experience in social media marketing or content creation
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple platforms
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent
(Optional) Experience with paid ads, SEO, email marketing, or graphic design
