We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help us build a strong digital presence in the competitive Dubai property market.
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Content Creator who will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging real estate content across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, an eye for design, and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, graphics, captions, stories) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Shoot property videos and photos for listings, walkthroughs, and lifestyle content.
Write creative and professional captions aligned with the company's branding.
Manage posting schedules, ensure consistent branding, and grow online engagement.
Monitor social media trends and real estate market updates to create relevant content.
Collaborate with agents and the marketing team to promote listings, company events, and campaigns.
Track performance analytics and suggest strategies for audience growth and lead generation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media content creation (preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or related industries).
Strong skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas.
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
