Position: Social Media Manager with Content Creation Expertise Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Additional: Working 6 days a week Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, platforms, and strategies, and will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media content and campaigns that align with our brand\'s goals and objectives. Responsibilities: - Create, curate and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and TikTok. Also taking care of SEO, goggle ad etc. - Develop and implement a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posts that resonate with our target audience. - Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with the sales and other teams to develop social media strategies that support overall marketing and sales goals and brand identity. - Analyze and report on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use data to optimize future campaigns. - Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility and engagement. - Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. - Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our online presence and increase brand awareness. - Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and trends, and evaluate their potential for our brand. - Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Excellent skill and experiences on graphics work, photo & video graphics. - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content. - In-depth knowledge of SEO, google ad, social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand copy. - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Favorable: Experience in furniture business/field Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
