Our client a Financial Remittance Organisation is currently looking to hire for their team. The candidate will lead efforts to boost the industry presence and deepen customer engagement through strategic social media and PR campaigns. Herebelow are duties that are not limited to the below. Strategic Communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute PR strategies for enhanced brand visibility and industry reputation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging across PR channels. Content Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Create engaging content, including articles, press releases, blog posts, and LinkedIn content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Media Relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster strong relationships with key media outlets across digital, print, and broadcast platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively secure positive media coverage for company initiatives and partnerships. Monitoring and Reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor industry trends and market dynamics for thought leadership opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare regular reports on PR campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement. Event Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execute PR events and product launches to enhance company profile. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with internal teams for maximum impact on public image. Social Media \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with company goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify target demographics and create audience-specific campaigns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create engaging content for various platforms and monitor channels for timely responses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage social media advertising budget effectively for maximum ROI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilize data-driven tools for monitoring campaign analytics and making recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, including Customer Education & Awareness standards.

Requirements

• Proven PR and social media experience, preferably in Banking/ Remittance or financial services \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong grasp of social media platforms and best practices \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in social media and PR management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative thinker adept at tailoring engaging content for diverse audiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovative PR idea generation capabilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills for optimizing strategies based on data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to thrive under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with media and industry stakeholders
