Job Title:

Social Media Manager

Preferably persian Fluent in English

We are looking for a professional and creative Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing and developing our brand through innovative strategies and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat Develop and execute creative advertising campaigns to engage audiences and boost interaction Design and implement strategies to attract followers and increase conversion rates Respond promptly and professionally to user comments, messages, and inquiries Build effective relationships across platforms and identify collaboration opportunities Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and sales Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve optimal results Create content and propose creative ideas for posts, stories, and videos

Job Requirements:

Full proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat High creativity and strong ideation skills Experience in running advertising campaigns and managing digital projects Data analysis skills and ability to provide actionable insights Strong knowledge of social media management tools and digital marketing platforms Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously Strong teamwork and a growth-oriented mindset

Fluency in Persian and good command of English is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Minimum base salary of AED 5,000 High commission based on performance and goal achievement Significant income growth potential based on results and impact Professional and dynamic work environment
