Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and driven
Social Media Manager
to elevate our clients' online presence. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, producing engaging content, and analyzing performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Design and execute social media plans that support overall marketing objectives
Content Creation:
Generate compelling posts, graphics, videos, and stories tailored to each platform
Publishing & Scheduling:
Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
Performance Analysis:
Track KPIs, prepare insightful reports, and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights
Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with our marketing and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand voice
Trend Monitoring:
Stay informed about emerging platforms, features, and best practices in social media
Qualifications
Minimum
1 year
of hands-on experience in social media management or a comparable role
Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and related tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva)
Excellent writing, design sensibility, and storytelling skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
