Title: Social Media Manager Reports to: Director of Digital Marketing Office:Dubai, UAE KEY ATTRIBUTES | QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 4 years in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing experience
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English & Arabic
  • Excellent management and organizational skills
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Interest in social media trends and influencer marketing
  • A natural communicator / full transparency
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxurious products is a plus
  • Skilled in audience segmentation and persona targeting
  • Ability to work off hours and attend events as needed
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of all platform metrics and functionalities
  • Knowledge of the GCC markets with key insights into the luxury sector
  • With prior experience who is comfortable working on a range of luxury consumer accounts
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Plan and effectively execute social media marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
  • Develop and manage website content
  • Align digital objectives with business priorities and marketing strategy
  • Plan and optimize social media calendars (in-feed & stories)
  • Implement SEM/SEO strategy
  • Develop strategic responses to projects
  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders on campaigns, from strategic concept development, to negotiation and implementation
  • Identifying opportunities to engage with and develop stronger relationships with clients and communities
  • Brief content production team and the client with the content requirements for campaigns and projects
  • Run digital campaigns (paid and organic)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Plan logistic around live capture and publishing across multiple platforms
  • Balances daily client relations alongside support of account teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects that align with client goals and vision
  • Motivate members of the team to get creative with tasks
  • Create comprehensive reports with content performance learnings and devise strategies and tactics to increase reach and engagement
  • Conduct interviews and train new team members in social media
  • Guide and train other departments when necessary
  • Stay on top of trends and proactively sharing with all teams from all departments
