Job Overview:

As the Social Media Manager at Beno, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across our social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our target audience, and showcasing the luxury experiences we offer. This position offers a unique opportunity to elevate our brand through creative and strategic social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and brand identity and find creative ways to communicate with our audiences from B2C and B2B perspectives.

Content Creation: Create and curate visually stunning and compelling content, including high-quality images, videos, and written posts, to showcase our luxury services and experiences.

Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring consistency in tone and branding.

Audience Engagement: Build and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Influencers Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers, celebrities, and luxury lifestyle personalities to amplify brand awareness and reach.

Paid Advertising: Oversee paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing strategies to keep the company at the forefront of the luxury lifestyle sector.

Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all social media channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management, particularly in the luxury or lifestyle sector.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Exceptional creativity and the ability to craft engaging stories through visual and written content.

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
