We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and create a strong brand identity across various social platforms. Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop Social Media Strategy: Create a comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement across platforms.
Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar for planning, creating, and publishing high-quality content.

Community Management:

Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our community to build a strong online network.
Moderation: Monitor user-generated content and discussions for spam or negativity, ensuring a positive community environment.

Analytics & Reporting:

KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as follower growth, engagement rates, and ROI.
Reporting: Provide monthly reports on social media campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies.

Collaboration:

Teamwork: Work closely with other departments like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive brand message.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand to expand our reach.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Creativity: Strong graphic design skills and the ability to generate creative content including images, videos, and text.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
