We are seeking an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies across multiple platforms, both internally as well as client-facing, to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive growth for our clients.

Location:

Dubai or remotely. The company has offices in Dubai and if you are in Dubai you can join the team locally if not possible please feel free to apply for a remote position as both are considered.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our client\'s marketing goals and objectives.

2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, including copy, graphics, and videos.

3. Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community engagement.

4. Analyze social media performance, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, and occasionally technical departments, to ensure a cohesive and effective social media strategy.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and share insights with the team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for an Omni Platform Social Media Manager:

1. Follower growth: Increase in the number of followers on each platform.

2. Engagement rate: The level of interaction (likes, comments, shares) on social media posts as a percentage of total followers.

3. Reach: The number of unique users who have seen the content on each platform.

4. Impressions: The total number of times the content was displayed, regardless of whether it was clicked or not.

5. Click-through rate (CTR): The percentage of users who clicked on a link within the social media post.

6. Share of voice (SOV): The percentage of mentions and conversations about your brand compared to your competitors within the industry.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.

2. Proven success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.

3. Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.

6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
