Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform and improve strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure all social media efforts align with overall business goals
Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the social media strategy
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management
Strong understanding of the FinTech or blockchain industry
Proven track record of successfully growing and managing social media presence for a brand
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
Experience with content creation and curation
Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
Experience in the Middle East region is a plus
Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain and smart contracts.
Education:
