Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
  • Manage and grow the company\'s social media presence on all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including text, images, and videos
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform and improve strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure all social media efforts align with overall business goals
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the social media strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech or blockchain industry
  • Proven track record of successfully growing and managing social media presence for a brand
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
  • Experience with content creation and curation
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience in the Middle East region is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain and smart contracts.
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
