We are on the hunt for a Social Media Manager with a passion for brand content and social media who has experience in developing engaging content for consumer brands. This role sits within the brand team reporting to the Head of Brand and working closely with the wider marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating the execution of our organic Social Media activities as efficiently to drive awareness & consideration, including boosting, content creation, and reporting.
  • Support our PR agency ensuring they have everything they need to deliver our always-on campaigns effectively.
  • Executing the day-to-day management of our social media content calendar to ensure social channels are kept up to date and content goes out on time.
  • Building and fostering the brand\xe2\x80\x99s community by replying to customer posts, comments, and stories.
  • Supporting the Brand managers with management of our PR, Storytelling, and content campaign.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of social media KPIs & trends with experience leading Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook channels, with TikTok experience being a plus.
  • Previous hands-on experience managing influencer and agency relationships.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re analytical and action-driven, being able to turn data into action, with a proven record of defining and refining content strategies based on performance insights.
  • Experience in brand marketing and understanding how to adjust your tone of voice and produce brand-aligned content.
  • A keen eye for design: a sense of what makes a great-looking campaign. Experience working with design software such as Photoshop is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work independently.
  • You have a great sense of humor and love writing. Fluent in English with Arabic being a bonus.
