Luna PR is a marketing and PR agency that specializes in the web3 and blockchain industry. Our team curates communication strategies for every client, when it pertains to the management of their social media platforms. We are looking for a creative and experienced person who could add value and join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Manage different types of content on various social media platforms - Form a good relationship with clients, with strong communication and consistency - Create top quality content in advance, grow followers and engagement, develop and implement effective strategies and post in a timely manner (according to optimal timings per market) - Develop engaging campaigns and ads to drive engagement, awareness and traffic - Continuously analyze social media trends and competitors\' social media strategy - Communicate with followers, respond to comments/messages in a timely manner, and manner customer reviews and overall digital brand sentiment - Set specific objectives and report to clients on ROI and social media performance - Have basic understanding of web3, crypto and blockchain - Liaise with our in-house branding team to create posts that are aesthetically aligned with client branding Ideal Candidate: - Breathes creativity - Speaks fluent English - Experienced in content production and branding - Has at least 2 years of proven experience as a social media manager, content creator, or content producer - Advanced knowledge of social media marketing tools - Remains up-to-date with current technologies and social media trends - Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is a plus Skills: - Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills - Excellent organizational and planning skills - Excellent copywriting skills - Must be an expert with Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube\'s algorithms (TikTok is a plus!) - Must be able to work under pressure - Must be independent and proactive We work 5 days a week, 9am - 6pm, but we are always responsive to our clients, as and when required. HQ\'d in Dubai (Downtown), but with an international team and international clients.
