Blog Content

  • Ensure client's content calendar is updated with content timelines, liaise with writers to ensure content deadlines are met
  • Review and provide first line edit pass of blog content from authors
  • Liaise with SEO team to ensure client content is fully optimized before sharing on client's Blog.
  • Work with client's creative team to ensure client content sites are updated and refreshed
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly report on blog performance KPIs with insights
Social Content
  • Ensure client's social calendar is updated with details of all social content shared
  • Create high quality and engaging social copy, ensuring it is shared across client's core social media channels
  • Act as the first point of response to comments on client's social media pages, working closely with customer care to escalate issues, as needed
  • Ensure social community moderation duties are performed, removing spam and other objectionable content
  • Boost and amplify client's social content across clients's Facebook and Twitter social channels
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly report on social performance KPIs with insights
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in business or related field
  • Social Media Management
  • Experience- 1-2years
  • High-level proficiency in English and Arabic
The ideal candidate is someone who understands the emotions and complexities of communities, as well the technical functionalities of Social media.
  • They will understand how to talk to people and when to get involved; they will understand why content works and what people are looking for; they will know how to 'read the room' and judge situations online.
  • They will have a proven track record in managing or contributing to Social content for a consumer-facing brand, including copywriting, publishing, and 'listening'.

  • International experience and knowledge of diverse cultural, social and business landscapes
  • Understanding of cultural trends, memes and the internet landscape internationally
