Luna PR is a PR & Marketing agency, focused in the blockchain space. We help our clients with several marketing strategies, including social Media management, and are looking for a creative and experienced individual to head this department. Responsibilities: - Develop, execute and manage integrated brand campaigns including idea generation, content creation, strategy, planning, and performance analytics across social media channels.
- Work closely with account managers and creative managers on the conceptualization and development of visual and video content across different social media platforms.
- Create social media strategies and align social media content calendar with overall PR and marketing efforts.
- Create weekly and monthly plans and set KPIs respectively.
- Continuous analysis of social media trends and competitors' social media strategy.
- Understand crypto and blockchain, and know how create social media content for this industry. Ideal candidate: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar.
- 3 years of proven experience as a social media manager, preferably with an international agency.
- 3-5 years of work experience in the field of marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in team leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of social media marketing tools. Skills: - Excellent ability to oversee and manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Must be able to manage Luna PR's own social media.
- Must be able to bring and sustain revenue into this department. We work 5 days a week, 9am-6pm, but we are always responsive if required. HQ'd in Dubai (Downtown), but with an international team and clients. We are still a start-up, 2 years old now, so we want someone who understands a thriving, ever-growing environment, and can add value to our growth.
