The Social Media Manager Chinese Speaker only for Binayah Properties is crucial in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our brand, engage with our target audience, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content plan tailored to the preferences and interests of the Chinese-speaking audience. Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that highlight our properties, services, and company culture. Community Management: Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement. Foster a positive online community by encouraging meaningful interactions and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Audience Engagement and Growth: Identify trends and opportunities within the Chinese-speaking real estate market, adjusting strategies to maximize audience reach and impact. Implement tactics to increase followers, likes, shares, and overall engagement on social media platforms. Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like WeChat, Weibo, and other relevant Chinese social media channels to target specific demographics and drive lead generation. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead generation metrics. Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, offering recommendations for improvement and optimization. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, photographers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align social media efforts with lead generation and conversion goals. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market. Qualifications: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin). Proven experience in social media management, particularly with a focus on Chinese-speaking audiences. Strong knowledge of Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, and other relevant channels. Familiarity with the real estate industry and understanding of property market trends is a plus. Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
