We are looking for a creative and out-of-the box thinking Social Media Manager who will take charge of the marketing of our company and will help showcase how innovative Pelcro's platform is.
Requirements:
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs.
  • Measure and monitor the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Monitor the user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Develop content to increase community engagement online.
  • Create a brand persona through the brand’s online channels.
  • Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand on a daily basis.
  • Respond to customer questions through social networks.
  • Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads.
  • Research and develop innovative strategies to grow the company’s social following organically.
  • Work together with the marketing department and graphic designer to create compelling content for publication or campaigns.
  • Brainstorm, plan, film, and edit videos to be used on our campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and content software to monitor social media conversations.
  • An innovative and creative videographer.
  • A mastery in SEO and keyword planning.
  • Ability to create engaging images, designs, graphics, and videos to complement posts.
  • Worked in the technology/software sector.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent English communication
  • Exude positivity, a team attitude, a sense of humor and creative problem solving skills.
