We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator/Assistant to join our team and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency, coordinating daily tasks, and assisting with various administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: 1. Office Management: - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide necessary information. - Maintain a tidy and organized office environment. - Order and manage office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. 2. Administrative Support: - Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events. - Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed. - Conduct research and compile data for various projects. 3. Social Media Tasks (Preferred): - Utilize social media platforms for promoting company updates and engaging with the audience. - Edit photos, videos, and other media content for social media posts. - Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Basic videography and photography (preferred)
+++ Shopify Order Management and Data Input:
  • Learn how to use Shopify to process and track customer orders.
  • Input order details into Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). - Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). - Knowledge of social media platforms and basic photo and video editing skills (preferred). Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus. - Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is desirable.
