Position: Social Media Manager

Nationality: Native Arabic speaker (GCC)

Job location: Abu Dhabi

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
\xe2\x9c\x93 Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Define most important social media KPIs.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Manage and supervise social media content.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Measure the success of every social media campaign.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Collaborate with the Creative and Influencer Marketing teams.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Hire and train other in the team.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Provide data analysis and metric reporting for the management

Minimum Qualifications
\xe2\x9c\x93 Native Arabic Speaker & Fluency in English
\xe2\x9c\x93 Experience in handling social media accounts for world class events, government clients, big corporate.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Experience creating campaigns for a world-wide audience with main focus on MENA region.
\xe2\x9c\x93 A wordsmith with excellent content writing skills.
\xe2\x9c\x93 4 - 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in creating content calendars as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Strategist.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Outstanding copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Previous experience with Google Analytics /insights tools/ monitoring tools.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
\xe2\x9c\x93 Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.

Salary: AED 15K-20K
