Overview of job: SV Digital is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi / Dubai. You will handle UAE based creative and high-profile clients and ensure delivery of their digital marketing including social campaigns to attract and engage consumers that converts into business. 3 Best things about the job:

Measures of success: In 3 Months:

Take the lead role in existing projects work closely with account service team / lead to proactively manage clients and develop social & creative strategies for clients
Support the management and accountability for the delivery of all Social & Creative campaigns.
Know & become first point of escalation (internal & external) for Social & Creative

In 6 Months:

Equipped team to cater emerging offering such as Influencer Marketing, Photoshoots & Video Production for clients.
Ensured Process Workflow & client\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines and compliance.
Developed strategic relationships with some of our key clients
Developed innovative new approaches and strategies to maximize clients\xe2\x80\x99 creative strategies success.

In 12 Months:

Renewed Social & Creative accounts for 100% of existing businesses.
Help in growing business by 25% to 50%
Educate internal teams and clients on Creative, Social & Store-telling and the evolution of SV Digital\xe2\x80\x99s offerings.

Responsibilities of the role:

Regularly report to the Business Unit Head on project progress, 121 meetings, resources, costs, renewals & sales pipeline
Address escalations, review and implement strategic changes to the client & team\xe2\x80\x99s problem statements on an ongoing basis
Manage the workload and training for individuals within your Social & Creative team
Regulate training modules and new developments
Support the Business Development team for new biz pitches and accountability for the delivery of all strategies and plans
Keep abreast of market changes and the impact on clients\xe2\x80\x99 strategies
Create and or update Social & Creative product procedures where applicable & supporting documentation & keep this information updated as the market & technology changes
Overall management and accountability for the delivery of SV Digital\xe2\x80\x99s campaigns / projects
Meet and service key clientele on a regular basis

We are looking for you, If you have:

An excellent work ethic, creative thinker, storyteller, problem solving and proficient time management skills
The ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues around the business
A solid understanding and working knowledge of social media Tools, Creative Platforms, Analytical tools.
Solid understanding of Content Copy and writing, utilizing existing and new vendors
A creative and inquisitive mind, showcasing creative thinking to develop strong case studies, results showcase
Prior agency experience (added advantage)
