We are a modern and trendy company looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to manage our company\'s social media accounts and help us grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of growing social media accounts organically, increasing engagement rates, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends. ***MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE PREVIOUS ACHEIVEMENTS AND SHARE CASE STUDIES*** Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and objectives.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content that reflects our brand image. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner and engage with followers to increase engagement rates.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure continuous growth.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and changes in algorithms.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, with a focus on growing accounts organically and increasing engagement rates.
Experience in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their features, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
Real estate experience is a plus.
