Social Media & Influencer Manager Posted 9 days ago Ref: RP409-102 Job description / Role Employment: Full Time The Social Media & Influencer Manager will manage the creation and execution of organic social media and influencer strategies and campaignsIn this role, you would work to increase brand awareness, drive positive brand sentiment, and grow audience engagement across a range of social platforms .The ability to make data-driven decisions and report on the effectiveness of your activity will be critical.In this role, you will be developing/producing original content and outstanding experiences that will grow customer base..You will be the voice of the Brand, working closely with influencers and customers, engaging with customers across channels, and providing a deep understanding of digital culture and trends.Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Social Media & Influencer Manager will be a key contributor to a fast-growing early-stage startup with a passionate customer following.Spearhead the creative strategy, planning, and execution of content for social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.Drive editorial planning as well as create, manage, and oversee all social media content including copywriting; develop original imagery and video.Handle community management by responding to questions and comments in a timely and effective manner while also leveraging the brand voice across multiple social media accounts.Explore, negotiate, and manage relationships with content creators/influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors that align with the brand.Research and test new channels; develop innovative ideas to help increase brand relevance.Develop strategies to drive engagement and build community, engaging and interacting with followers.Track and report KPIs; provide insights to leadership.Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers; build and maintain customer relationships to maximize retention Requirements Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager should have the following skills, education, and experience: .Minimum 3-5 years' experience in social media, influencer marketing, PR, and/or digital strategy.Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.Must have excellent organization skills, and managing multiple priorities is necessary.Have a strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative feedback.Have an excitement for learning, are open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced environment.Excellent at developing relationships.Is proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; able to track and report on results; have experience successfully tracking and managing a budget About the Company Right Calibre Executive Search is your partner in recruitment.
